I have been seeing Dr Cole for 2 years now. I moved here from Colorado and had a history of melanoma and they have taken great care of me. The staff is fantastic and my kids I feel very comfortable going to this office.
The older you get, and especially if you have children, the more you experience many physicians and health care providers. Often, a practice will either have good physicians or a good staff/communication, but rarely excel at everything. I was immediately impressed by Cole Dermatology. From the parking lot design to the staff to the practitioners, everything is thoughtfully considered. The patients were called back in a timely manner. The staff perfectly explains everything you would want to know. The NPs were knowledgeable and attentive. A+
Took a long time for an appointment but the staff was professional and took care of me once I finally got in to see them!
Paid in full at the time of service via credit card. Said they would file with my insurance company and any credit would be returned to my credit card. Now one month later I get another bill from Dr Cole's office and get a voice mail and no reply when I call.
